Orders with Party Reps
- Bomb Party (BP) does not handle or fulfill orders placed with Independent Party Reps. If you have placed an order through a Party Rep, please contact the Party Rep directly for information about shipping and delivery. Party Reps are responsible for managing their own shipping and handling of orders, including any associated costs or delays.
Processing Time
- We strive to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days, though this processing time is not guaranteed. Processing time may be affected by weekends, holidays, and other factors.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- At checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. Additional fees apply, and costs may vary based on order weight.
Shipping Restrictions
- Bomb Party currently ships to all addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Delivery Times
- Shipping times are determined by the carrier; order processing and fulfillment times are not calculated as part of the shipping time estimate. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of the order. While we strive to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed.
- Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery times. You may or may not be notified of any significant delays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the link provided or by visiting the selected carrier's website.
Shipping Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Bomb Party™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve these issues.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your phone number and shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Bomb Party™ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
